Local Pickup Policy
Pickup Hours and Locations
Rotorlab FPV offers local pickups within Surrey and Burnaby, BC, Canada.
How to arrange for a pickup:
- Select local pick-up as the shipping option during checkout process.
- Set up an appointment by emailing us at support@rotorlabfpv.com
- In your email, please include the following: your order #, your preferred date and time and your preferred location. Please refer to our options below.
- Wait for the confirmation from our team. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Guideline for Surrey pickups
Surrey pickup locations:
Surrey Option 1 near Fraser Highway and 152nd St.
Surrey Option 2 near the exit off of Highway 1 and 152nd St.
The exact details for your pickup location will be included in your confirmation email.
Surrey schedule:
Monday to Friday: From 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Saturday and Sunday: At 9:00 PM or 9:00 PM
We may try to accommodate outside hours in Surrey but each request will be reviewed individually. Please allow reasonable time for our team to accommodate such requests.
Please have your order placed 4 hours ahead of the requested pickup time.
Guideline for Burnaby pickups (New)
We are excited to offer a new pickup point for our local customers! Starting June 14th, 2021, we will be offering a pickup point near the Metrotown Skytrain Station.
Burnaby schedule
Monday to Friday ONLY: From 3:15 PM till 4:00 PM
Please note that we are unable to accommodate same day orders at this pick-up point. Pickup requests for Burnaby must be confirmed on the previous day before 9:00pm. Email us immediately at support@rotorlabfpv.com to arrange for next day pickup.
