Rotorlab FPV offers local pick-up within Surrey, B.C., Canada.  Please select local pick-up during checkout. After processing your order, please contact us via Instagram, Facebook Messenger or sales@rotorlabfpv.com with your order number to set up an appointment. This service is only available by appointment.

We make our best effort to provide an enjoyable online shopping experience to our customers. Sometimes mistakes happen but we stand by our commitment to our customers.

Please email support@rotorlabfpv.com and please include your name and order number. Our friendly support team will be glad to assist you.  

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make the necessary changes. Please keep in mind our policy regarding defective items where customers are expected to verify their items within 48 hours of delivery.

We have a 15 day return policy for unopened items, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return in its original condition.

To start a return, please contact us at support@rotrolabfpv.com to process your request. If your return request is accepted, you will be sent a confirmation email with instructions on how to ship the items.

 All items sent without prior notice will be refused. 

We will notify you of your refund request once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will be automatically refunded on your original method of payment. Please keep in mind that refund times will vary based on your method of payment.

CANADA
Rotorlab FPV will ship orders daily to customers in Canada using Canada Post. Same day shipping is available for orders placed before 2:00pm PST. Orders placed after 2:00pm PST will be shipped the following business day. Actual processing time may vary. 

USA
Rotorlab FPV will ship orders from Monday to Friday to customers in the United States using USPS. Same day shipping is available for orders placed before 2:00pm PST. Orders placed after 2:00pm PST will be shipped the following business day. Actual processing time may vary. 

We currently use Canada Post for orders with destination within Canada and United States Postal Service for orders with destinations within the United states . 

We plan to eventually expand our delivery options to include express couriers. 

All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Surrey, B.C., Canada

The purchasing customer is responsible for the duty, postage, and fees incurred when shipping an item back for returns and exchange. With the exception of defective items upon arrival, customers will be able to request a reimbursement for the postage and shipping with the receipt once the item is deemed defective upon return.

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the order has shipped. 

We are unable to provide a tracking number on small packet international orders. If you have any questions regarding order tracking or order tracking eligibility, please email us at support@rotorlabfpv.com 

We ship orders as soon as possible. The best way to make changes to your order in progress is to contact us at sales@rotorlabfpv.com or send us a message on facebook messenger or Instagram!  Our team will do their best to assist you.

Due to lithium ion / lithium polymer battery restrictions we are currently unable to ship outside of North America.
