Build Service Policy

A lot of thought was put into the design and layouts of our Rotorlab FPV builds. Each part was strategically chosen for its reliability and purpose. All our builds are locally assembled and carefully inspected with rigorous testing.  All pre-built drones, except for custom orders, will be tuned and programmed for your convenience.

Custom Orders

Please contact us for any special requests concerning our build service. A custom order may be granted upon review on a case by case basis.

Refund policy

We have a 15 day return policy after delivery date for any unused Rotorlab pre-built drones. If the drone was left in its original packaging, a full refund may be authorized. Please note, any custom build or unpackaged drone will be charged a re-stocking fee of 15%. Any signs of usage will void the refund

To start a return, please contact us to process your request. If your return request is accepted, you will be sent a confirmation email with instructions on how to ship the items. All items sent without prior notice will be refused.

The customer is responsible for the duty, postage and other fees related to shipping when returning an item.  With the exception of defective items upon arrival, customers will be reimbursed for postage and shipping fees. The refund will be processed after the goods are received and confirmed to be in order. Some delays can be expected based on your method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us immediately for any cancellation requests.  If the shipping label was not created, the cancellation may be authorized immediately and a refund will be processed as soon as possible.  In the event that the label was already created, a refund can be authorized; however, the buyer will be responsible for the costs associated to the shipping label.

Custom builds and pre-orders have a 24 hour policy for a cancellation to be requested without penalty. Any cancellations request after will incur the 15% re-stocking fee per the refund policy.

Custom builds and pre-orders may have a turnaround time of 7 calendar days. Customers can expect their builds to be completed within 96 hours.
